Hi, I’m Claire. A qualified sleep consultant

My journey into sleep consulting didn’t start in a classroom, but in the middle of 3am feeds, endless rocking, and the overwhelming fog of sleep deprivation. I previously worked in business operations, but after experiencing the life-changing impact of sleep coaching in my own family, I found my true calling, helping other parents reclaim their rest.

When my first baby, Theo, was born, he was a dream sleeper. We thought we had it all figured out. Then came Corinne, and everything changed. She woke every 30 minutes, fed constantly through the night, and would only sleep in our bed. I was utterly exhausted and completely lost.

Desperate for change, I began gently sleep training her. It wasn’t easy, it was emotional and challenging, but over time and sticking to the a sleep plan, something amazing happened. Corinne started sleeping through the night, averaging 12 hours. The transformation in our home was incredible, and I knew I wanted to help other families experience the same relief and joy.

I trained as a sleep consultant to offer empathetic, practical support to families navigating sleepless nights. Whether you’re in the thick of sleep struggles or just need a little guidance, I’m here to help, with strategies that are gentle, effective, and tailored to your child.
